A: Yes, we are. Our factory is specialized in Ceramic more than 10years

Q2: Can you print my customer design or logo on the product?
A:Yes, of course. Buyers design and logo are warmly welcomed. 

Q3:How many certification you have?
A: BSCI, CE,FSC,FDA, LFGB, ISO9001, etc.

Q4:How about the shipping cost?
A: If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via counier, such as FEDEX, DHL, with good price for long cooperation. If your goods is large, we will send it to you by sea, then we can quote the price to you, and you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

Q5:Can the price be cheaper?
A: The price depends on your demand (shape, size, quantity). Usually, you can get better price provided large orders.

Q6:How about the sample time?
A: 7-15 days after order & samples confirmed.

Q6:How about the payment term?
A: T/T,30% deposit, with balance clear after the order is finished. Also we accept the WEST UNION.
